These Terms of Use create a binding legal agreement between you and Foamex. When you access our website, enroll in our programs, or interact with our educational materials, you're confirming that you understand and accept these terms. You also confirm that you're at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate.

We reserve the right to modify these terms as our services evolve. When we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. It's your responsibility to check back periodically. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the new terms.

Educational Services and Programs

Foamex offers educational programs focused on investment analysis basics. Our courses are designed to provide foundational knowledge, not investment advice. We don't promise specific outcomes or career placements.

Program Enrollment

When you enroll in one of our programs, you're committing to participate in good faith. This means completing assignments, respecting instructors and fellow students, and engaging honestly with the material. Our upcoming programs beginning in autumn 2025 require registration at least three weeks before the start date.

Course Content and Materials

All course materials, including videos, written content, exercises, and assessments, remain our intellectual property. You may access them for personal educational use during your enrollment period. You may not record, redistribute, or sell our materials. If you're found doing so, we'll terminate your access immediately without refund.

User Responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Don't share your login information with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at info@foamex.vip.

Payment Terms and Refunds

Program fees are listed in Canadian dollars and must be paid in full before course access is granted. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window from the program start date. If you've completed more than 25% of the course content, refunds are no longer available. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@foamex.vip. Processing typically takes 7-10 business days.

For programs with payment plans, missed payments may result in account suspension. You'll have 10 days to bring your account current before access is permanently revoked. Outstanding balances may be sent to collections.

Intellectual Property Rights

Everything you see on foamex.vip belongs to us unless otherwise noted. This includes course content, website design, logos, and written materials. You can't use our branding or materials without written permission.

When you submit work, assignments, or participate in forums, you keep ownership of your content. But you grant us a license to use, display, and share it for educational and promotional purposes. We might showcase exceptional student work on our website or marketing materials. If you're uncomfortable with this, let us know and we'll respect your wishes.

Privacy and Data Protection

We collect personal information during registration and as you use our services. This includes your name, email, payment details, and learning progress data. We use this information to deliver our services, improve our programs, and communicate with you about your enrollment.

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us run our platform, such as payment processors or email services. These partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for matters involving intellectual property rights or injunctive relief. Arbitration will be conducted in Watford, Ontario, or virtually by mutual agreement.
